CUSTOM BUILT FROM STANDARD PARTS: Utilizing the tandem design of joining two cylinders together with a common head and rod, these Double and Single Acting Linear Air Driven Pumps/Dispensers are Custom Built from Standard Stock Parts.

BASIC MODELS


Standard Construction: Models ATP, ETP, AVTP and EVTP
These models are constructed using a combination of materials including brass, aluminum, 416 stainless, etc.

300 Stainless Construction: Models SSATP and SSETP
These models are constructed using ALL 300 Series Stainless Steel.

Applications vary and may combine any of the above materials, producing a custom pump.
Stroke lengths: 1/8” to 50” 4mm to 1270mm

APPLICATION IDEAS


PUMPING CORROSIVE LIQUIDS: Used to pump deionized water, the top photograph depicts an EVTP model pump, customized to combine a 303 Stainless Steel displacement chamber with an automatic reciprocating Valve-In-Head drive cylinder.

DISPENSING FOOD PRODUCTS: Used to dispense lard, the lower photograph depicts an ALL 300 Series Stainless Steel SSETP model pump, modified to produce a variable capacity displacement chamber.

DESIGN A PUMP: Single acting high pressure pump/dispenser with displacement chamber ported through front face.




MATERIAL VARIATIONS


These pumps/dispensers can be made in a number of variations, depending on application requirements, for example:

1) Standard materials with hard coated heads/piston on displacement chamber(s).

2) Standard materials with 300 stainless on displacement chamber(s).
