DISPENSING TRANSFER PUMPS
Corrosive Liquid Pumps
The Allenair's air operated pumps are
designed around our tandem cylinder design
joining two cylinders together with a common
head and rod, becoming a direct acting pump.
The total pump unit is divided into two
sections; the drive section and the power
pump
section. By utilizing a four-way valve to
operate the drive cylinder, the common rod and
piston pumps piston will move in unison,
creating suction on the up stroke and pressure
on the down stroke. An example of this action is
that of a syringe pumps.

Wide range of Allenair's pump other than
corrosive liquid pumps such as
power pumps cylinder bore sizes (1-1/2"
to 4"), heavy viscous liquid pumps
have the power for the precision dispensing
of peanut butter, heavy crude oil,
toothpaste or lard. All above options can be
used on Allenair's air operated pumps,
direct acting pumps and industrial
dispensing pumps to control all of
Allenair's self priming pumps. Self
contained bleed screws control the speed of
Allenair's piston pumps aiding in the
positive displacement pumps output.
